Joseph Martinez is an Airline Transport Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFII) with over 24,000 hours of flight time. He currently serves as an Airline Captain and has extensive experience across multiple sectors of aviation, including corporate operations, Part 135, Part 121, Part 91, and Part 61 instruction. As Chief Pilot at Aeroventures Aviation, Joseph brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and mentorship, offering students the benefit of a career that has truly “been there, done it all” in aviation

With over 10 years experience in the aviation world, Amanda handles all internal operations of Aeroventures.

Amanda Peters is a Certified Flight Instructor with over 600 hours of flight time. She completed her training with All ATPs and brings a strong foundation in structured, accelerated training methods. Originally from Nashville, Amanda relocated to Florida to continue her aviation career and share her passion for flying with new students. She is dedicated to providing clear, supportive instruction and helping each pilot build confidence in the cockpit.

Michael is a flight instructor eager to share his passion for flying. His aviation journey began in 2021 in the Florida Panhandle, and in 2023 he relocated to Orlando to complete their licenses. With strong familiarity with the local area, Michael is excited to guide students in achieving their flight training goals.

CERTIFIED FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR, MEI

James Washington is a highly experienced instructor with more than 4,500 hours of flight time. Based on the east coast of Florida, James holds both CFII and MEI certificates, bringing advanced knowledge in instrument and multi-engine training. His background includes extensive flying in corporate aviation and Part 135 operations, giving him real-world insight into professional flying environments. James is passionate about mentoring the next generation of pilots and preparing them for successful aviation careers.

Charles Wade completed his training at All ATPs and has built a strong foundation in structured, accelerated flight training. Originally from Ohio, Charles later moved from Tennessee to Florida to continue his aviation career. As a Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFII), he is dedicated to guiding students through advanced training and helping them develop the skills and confidence needed for safe and proficient flying.
